GP Bromborough Apprentice Darren Wood has been named Homebase Employee of the Year.

Darren, who started his Apprenticeship with GP 18 months ago, achieved his Level 2 and has now progressed to Level 3.

GP and Homebase have a long history of working in Partnership. Within the ever changing retail industry, GP and Homebase work together to improve and develop the skills of the staff so that the need’s of the customer are always addressed.

Emlyn Hughes, Manager of the Store, is delighted with Darren’s recognition and says that since Darren started on his Apprenticeship he has grown in confidence and his knowledge and understanding of the retail industry is developing all the time.
