Your company/organisation may be eligible if:
- You are NOT a Central Government Department.
- You agree to pay employees while they are undertaking their training under Train to Gain.
Your employees may be eligible if:
- They are employed under a contract of employment.
- They are over 19 years.
- They do not already have 5 GCSE grades A-C (CSE grade 1) or NVQ level 2.
- They do not hold an academic qualification at A level or above.
- They are not already on a publicly funded programme.
