LEARNER TESTIMONY
""Having completed my Apprenticeship in retail I was encouraged to progress with my development and under take an Advanced Apprenticeship. My Assessor Nicola was at all times very flexible and supportive. Nicola was approachable and understanding, giving me guidance and training in areas that were a challenge to me. Unfortunately, I was recently made redundant and Nicola advised that I could complete my qualification in centre. Having completed my full qualification Nicola then gave further support and guidance around interview techniques and applying for jobs. I have recently been successful with an application and I must thank Nicola for all she has done for me. Nicola exceeded all expectations and she gave me back my confidence". "
EMPLOYER TESTIMONY
"All staff at General Physics have proven to be reliable, approachable and professional. It has been a pleasure to work with the staff and they have supported and guided all my staff through their qualifications. Many of them have also progressed onto a higher level ."

Safeguarding learners, child protection and vulnerable adults
Our aim and priorities

Our aim is to provide and maintain an environment where all learners are safe, feel secure, are encouraged to talk, and are listened to. There are adults at each training centre who are trained to deal with safeguarding issues whom you should contact if you are worried or have any concerns about any aspect of your health, safety or welfare.

Throughout your programme we will continue to provide you with the opportunity to develop the skills you need to stay safe, healthy and recognise abusive and harmful behaviours. GP takes its responsibilities towards safeguarding learners, children, young persons and vulnerable adults very seriously and are committed to working with local safeguarding authorities and organisations in cases where abuse and harmful behaviours are suspected or reported.
